Terms and Conditions

All bookings for our guided fishing tours are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to departure. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unsafe river conditions or extreme weather events.

Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Late cancellations may incur a fee to compensate our expert guides.

As stewards of the natural environment, Riverbend Fishing Adventures operates on a strict catch-and-release basis. Our tours focus on the sport and the respect of native fish and aquatic wildlife.

• All caught fish must be handled with care, using wet hands or specialized nets to protect their natural protective coatings.
• Barbless hooks are required on all provided gear to minimize injury to the fish during removal.
• Guides reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest intentionally harms any fish or local wildlife.

Water-based activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all instructions provided by your guide. Life jackets and necessary safety gear will be provided and must be worn as directed at all times while on the river.

Riverbend Fishing Adventures is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property (such as cameras, mobile devices, or personal fishing gear) that may occur during the excursion.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the local jurisdiction in Gandaki. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in our tours will be resolved exclusively in the applicable local courts in Pokhara.

We provide high-quality rods, reels, and tackle for all guests. You are responsible for the careful use of this equipment. Intentional damage or loss of provided gear due to negligence may result in additional charges to cover replacement costs.
